Rental Conditions.

• Rental prices are based on 24 hour rates. The bicycle needs to be returned the next day before 21:00
• The equipment including all accessories supplied, is let out on hire. The equipment remains the property of Cyclo Point S.L (‘the Owner’) and 'the Renter' will not sell, hire out or otherwise part with the possession thereof
• The Renter undertakes not to misuse the equipment and to return it with all accessories in the same condition as when received (ordinary wear and tear excepted)
• The Deposit of €100 per mountain bike and €50 per city bike which can be paid cash or by credit card
• Before rental customer must show an official identification document (passport, driving licence, national identification card, etc.)
• Cyclo Point shall be entitled to charge the customer for any damages caused to the equipment as a result of the customers misuse. The repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. In the event of the bicycle being damaged beyond repair the replacement costs will be the deposit plus an additional €100
• In the event of the bicycle being stolen or lost Cyclo point reserves the right to keep the deposit plus an additional €100
• If a bike has not been returned within a week after the agreed rental period, the bike will  be reported with the police as stolen. The deposit can then not be refunded
• Cyclo Point can not be held responsible for any physical or material damage done to the customer or third parties during the use of the rented bicycle
• The Renter is over 16 years old or acompanied by an adult and will ensure that; the equipment is adequately secured when not in use, he/she will not use the equipment whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs and will immediately notify the owner in the event of the breakdown or loss of the equipment.
• Cyclo Point will provide  good working locks which meet the required safety standards
• There may be occasions be insufficient bikes available for hire and although we will endeavor to find suitable alternative equipment this cannot be guaranteed.
